Damage caused to petrol station on Melton Road
Officers are appealing for information following an incident of criminal damage at a petrol station.
The incident happened at around 3.45am on Saturday January 17, 2009 at the BP garage on Melton Road when an altercation began between three men and a woman inside the premises.
During the incident, two men entered the premises that were waiting outside in a taxi for the woman and also became involved in the incident.
The two men then left the store and banged on the door before throwing items at it causing the glass to break.
The men are both described as white, aged between 18 and 20-years-old, around 6ft tall and of slim build. One was wearing a white long sleeved shirt and the other was wearing a grey v-neck jumper with a white shirt.
PC Chris Scargill, who is investigating the incident, said: "We would like to appeal for anyone who may have been in the area and witnessed this incident.
"It is important that if you have any information regarding this incident whatsoever or the person responsible, please get in touch with us."
